Refund Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Refund rules can vary by product. This page explains our default policy. If a specific product has different terms, those terms are shown at purchase and take priority.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

  • Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund the current billing period.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have barely used the product, we will usually issue a full refund.
  • Renewal payments are not refundable once the new billing period starts.

One-time purchases

For software licenses and other one-time purchases, request a refund within 14 days of payment. We may decline refunds if the product has already been heavily used, activated, or downloaded.

What we typically don’t refund

  • Products marked non-refundable at checkout
  • Custom work or consulting that has already been delivered
  • Third-party services sold through our platform
  • Accounts closed for violating our terms

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account, what you purchased, and why you want a refund. We usually respond within a few business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers often take 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Sometimes we offer a partial refund — for example, if you used part of a subscription period. We will tell you the amount before processing it.

Before disputing a charge

If something looks wrong on your bill, contact us first. Chargebacks are slower for everyone and we can usually fix billing issues directly.

Updates to this policy

We may change these rules as our products evolve. The latest version will always be on this page.
